Job Description
Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is a unique learning-integrated program that offers BCA and B.Sc students a chance to build a remarkable career at Wipro while pursuing their higher education in M.Tech from a premier educational institution in India, sponsored by Wipro.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements.
- Implement technical solutions that align with project objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding and software development.
- Participate in team meetings and technical discussions.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
- 10th Standard: Pass
- 12th Standard: Pass
- Graduation: 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above as applicable by university guidelines
- Open school or distance education is allowed for 10th & 12th only
- Other Criteria:
- One backlog is allowed at the time of the Online Assessment.
- Candidates must clear all backlogs along with the 6th semester.
- A maximum of 3 years of education gap is allowed (between 10th and the start of graduation).
- No gaps are allowed during the graduation period (Graduation must be completed within 3 years).
- Candidates must have studied Core Mathematics as one subject during Graduation. Business Maths & Applied Maths will not be considered.
- Applicants must be Indian citizens or possess a PIO/OCI card if holding a foreign passport.
- Bhutan and Nepal nationals must provide a citizenship certificate.
- Candidates should be 18+ years at the time of registration.
Year of Passing:
- 2023 & 2024 graduates only
Eligible Qualifications:
- BCA

Compensation & Benefits
- 1st year stipend: INR 15,000 + 488 (ESI) per month
- 2nd year stipend: INR 17,000 + 553 (ESI) per month
- 3rd year stipend: INR 19,000 + 618 (ESI) per month
- 4th year salary: INR 23,000 per month
- Joining Bonus: INR 75,000
Selection Process
Every eligible candidate must go through an online assessment, followed by further evaluation rounds:
1st Round – Online Assessment (80 minutes)
- Verbal: 20 mins – 20 questions
- Analytical: 20 mins – 20 questions
- Quantitative: 20 mins – 20 questions
- Written Communication Test: 20 mins
2nd Round – Voice Assessment
- Evaluates spoken English communication skills.
3rd Round – Business Discussion
- Final round with Wipro’s hiring team.
Service Agreement
- 60-month service agreement.
- Candidates must repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis if they leave before completing this period.
Terms & Conditions
- Wipro reserves the right to allow or restrict participation in the recruitment process.
- Selection procedure is at Wipro’s sole discretion.
- Any malpractice during assessments will lead to immediate disqualification.
