We’re looking for Graduate Developers and Software Engineers to join our two-year Graduate Programme, giving you experience working in a FTSE 100 listed software company.
Our Graduate Engineers will be required to contribute to building, enhancing, and maintaining software solutions to enable Sage’s business plans and long-term objectives using the identified architecture.
Your primary focus will be gaining the required skills and knowledge to become an effective and productive member of the team and will design, develop, and deliver high-quality products and/or systems and services.

This is a hybrid role – three days per week in our Bangalore Office.

You’ll be encouraged to learn and experiment as part of a continuous innovation community, in an environment where ambition for future progression is rewarded. We’ll expect a lot from you, and you’ll be encouraged to bring innovative ideas and technical solutions that add real value for our customers.
To support your technical development, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a variety of technical tracks to supercharge your career development.
What will make you successful?
We are open to all backgrounds, however, there are a few skills and experiences that will help you thrive.
You’ll need to be a Graduate, and whilst we’re open to different degree disciplines, these roles are ideal for Computer Science graduates (or similar).
You’ll also have tech skills, such as coding experience, but with a wealth of different products, we’re not set on which coding language you use as long as you’re willing to learn.
You’ll also be:
- Able to demonstrate a passion for tech, with skills to match.
- A keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind to help problem-solve.
- Resilient and determined, able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- An effective communicator, able to collaborate with people across the globe.
What can you expect from the process?
- Apply online with CV/Resume.
- Complete a gamified science-driven assessment via Harver, to help us accurately assess if you’re aligned to our values and behaviours, whilst removing any risk of unconscious bias from our process.
- Complete a short video interview to really bring to life your skills and experiences.
- If your video interview is successful, you’ll be invited to an Assessment Centre at one of our Sage offices.
- Successful candidates will join our Graduate Programme on 1 October 2025.
