Job Role & Description
🛠1) Test Tools Development / Test Automation
✅ Build and implement scalable, reusable test automation frameworks
✅ Improve existing test infrastructure to enhance efficiency and productivity
✅ Strong programming skills with legacy programming languages (Assembler, REXX, etc.) or modern technologies (C/C++, C#/.NET, Web Technologies, Microservices, SQL, etc.)
✅ Contribute to all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for test automation tools
🧪 2) System Testing / Manual Testing
✅ Contribute to all phases of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
✅ Develop comprehensive test plans, test designs, and test cases
✅ Execute test cases manually and using automation tools
✅ Collaborate with Development, System Architecture, and Product teams in Waterfall or Agile environments
✅ Identify and report coding errors or design gaps
Required Qualifications
✅ Basic Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree OR 3+ years of relevant work experience
🎯 Preferred Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech. degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or equivalent technical field
- Master’s degree in engineering is a plus
