Program Overview: Aspiring Innovators Talent Search

PwC India invites applications from bright, passionate individuals for the Aspiring Innovators Talent Search.

Selected candidates will join PwC India under the Apprenticeship Model for 12 months. Post successful completion and based on performance evaluations, apprentices may be converted into full-time employees (FTEs).

This is a golden opportunity for candidates to begin their consulting careers with one of the Big 4 firms.

Here’s how it works:

If you have a 3-year Non-Engineering Degree (like B.Com, BBA, BSc, BA), you’ll receive:

Monthly Stipend: ₹29,166
Annual CTC (Cost to Company): ₹3.5 Lakhs

If you have a 4-year Engineering Degree (like B.Tech, BE, Integrated MSc), you’ll receive:

Monthly Stipend: ₹37,500
Annual CTC: ₹4.5 Lakhs

Job Description

As an Aspiring Innovator at PwC, your role will involve:

  • Working on real client projects alongside experienced PwC professionals.
  • Supporting teams in research, analysis, and documentation.
  • Contributing to consulting engagements across various industries.
  • Assisting in the development of business strategies and problem-solving frameworks.
  • Participating in innovation-driven initiatives and brainstorming sessions.
  • Conducting data analysis, report preparation, and presentation building.
  • Engaging in client meetings, workshops, and design thinking sessions.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other teams for solution delivery.
  • Applying critical thinking to identify opportunities for client value creation.

  • Final-year students (passing out in 2025) can apply if they are available full-time post-graduation.
  • Strong academic record is preferred.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, Pan India setup.

Apprenticeship Model at PwC

  • This is a full-time Apprenticeship program under government-recognized models.
  • Apprentices will work closely with PwC teams on live projects.
  • Mentoring and development sessions will be provided during the apprenticeship.
  • The apprenticeship aims to provide hands-on corporate experience.
  • Post 12 months, apprentices will be evaluated for conversion to full-time employee (FTE) based on performance.
