Cognizant has announced its Off Campus Drive 2025 to recruit Analyst Trainees for various roles across multiple cities in India. This opportunity is exclusively open to students from the 2023, 2024, and 2025 batches with a three-year full-time degree in BCA or B.Sc (Computer Science, IT, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Electronics, or allied disciplines). Candidates selected will be aligned to different business units including IT & Integrated Smart Operations, Multicloud, or Digital Workplace Services based on their academic profile and business requirements.

Analyst Trainee Role – Business Track Overview
Selected candidates will be aligned to one of the following business units:
1. Analyst Trainee – IT & Integrated Smart Operations- Perform CRUD operations and database queries.
- Write stored procedures as per low-level design specifications.
- Prepare and execute both manual and automation test cases.
- Work on resolving service tickets using standard operating procedures.
- Gain exposure to tools in IT service management and data analytics.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Logical thinking and analytical reasoning
- Basic understanding of databases and testing concepts
Eligibility:
- Minimum 60% in X, XII, UG without any standing arrears
- Only 2023 and 2024,2025 batch graduates with BCA/B.Sc (CS/IT and allied streams)
2. Analyst Trainee – Multicloud Services
- Manage and monitor production environments.
- Support Windows, Networking, Messaging, Database, and Cloud systems.
- Handle incident management and ensure service uptime.
- Follow SOPs and escalate issues per guidelines.
- Work in a 24/7 shift model with rotational work timing.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 50% in X, XII, and UG
- BCA/B.Sc from 2023 and 2024 ,2025batches
- Must be flexible to relocate and work in shifts
Locations: Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad
3. Analyst Trainee – Digital Workplace Services
- Provide first-line tech support and troubleshoot client IT issues.
- Document and track support tickets efficiently.
- Maintain internal knowledge base and resolve basic hardware/software problems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills are essential.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 50% in X, XII, and UG
- BCA/B.Sc from 2023 and 2024,2025 batches
- No backlogs or standing arrears
- Locations: Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Kolkata, Pune
Eligibility Criteria for All Roles
- Only Indian nationals/OCI currently residing in India are eligible.
- Candidates must not have participated in Cognizant's hiring in the last 5 years (2019–2024).
- 2025 batch students must ensure final year completion by the time of onboarding.
- Students awaiting revaluation results will be considered based on initially declared scores.
- Candidates must possess valid personal email ID for communication through Superset.
Required Documents
For Registration:
- Resume (maximum 2 pages) with passport-size photo in light background (ears must be visible)
For Interview:
- 10th, 12th, UG mark sheets and provisional/degree certificates
- Valid college ID card (if available)
For Onboarding:
- PAN Card (mandatory for background check)
- Government ID (Voter ID or Passport) for citizenship verification
