Role: Apprentice – Data Ops Engineer

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
Type: Full-Time Apprenticeship (Minimum Tenure: 12 Months)
Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech (2019–2024 batches)

A Day in Your Life

As an Apprentice – Data Ops Engineer, your day will likely involve:

Collaborating with our Data Services team to manipulate, validate, and transform healthcare datasets.
Assisting in creating detailed analytical reports and visual dashboards using SQL and BI tools.
Supporting the design and development of interfaces between Innovaccer’s Data Activation Platform and third-party systems.
Learning and applying best practices in data transformation, warehousing, and pipeline building.
Monitoring live data interface performance and optimizing workflows for high availability.
Writing clean and efficient SQL queries and understanding indexing and performance tuning concepts.
Using Python (Numpy, SciPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) for light data engineering or machine learning tasks.
Participating in agile scrum meetings and contributing to problem-solving discussions.

What You Need to Bring

Education:

B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related technical field
Open to batches: 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 only

Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of data modeling, database systems, and warehousing concepts
Hands-on or academic exposure to SQL; ability to write queries
Awareness or experience with Python (especially libraries like NumPy, SciPy, and Scikit-learn)
Interest or basic knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Sisense)

Soft Skills:

Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication – both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new tools and concepts
