Job Overview

Capgemini is inviting applications for the role of Network Engineer through its Off Campus Drive 2025. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates who have completed or are in their final year of BTech/BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Circuit-related branches, as well as MCA graduates. The role is based in Gurgaon and offers hands-on exposure to networking technologies and real-time problem-solving in a global IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate aptitude and eagerness to learn new networking technologies.
  • Expand knowledge in areas like Routing, Switching, Collaboration, Data Center, Wireless, Security, and Cloud-based support.
  • Identify and provide input to resolve network-related issues promptly.
  • Participate in projects and activities as an active team member.
  • Acquire and apply advanced skills, techniques, and concepts in networking.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver quality results.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach while handling technical requests.
  • Adhere to organizational policies, security guidelines, and standard operating procedures.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Basic to intermediate understanding of Networking Technologies (Routing, Switching, Wireless, Security, Cloud).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Positive learning attitude and adaptability to different work situations.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts including early morning, evening, and night shifts.
  • CCNA certification is preferred but not mandatory.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Education:
  • BTech/BE (Computer Science, IT, or Circuit branches) or MCA.
  • Candidates must be 2025 pass-outs.

  • Experience:
  • Freshers only; no prior full-time work experience required.
  • Other Requirements:

    Active DigiLocker account and mobile number linked with Aadhar at the time of application.
  • Willingness to work full-time from the Gurgaon office, 5 days a week.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts; no general day shift is available.
  • Indian citizens only.

Work Environment

The position is strictly office-based at the Gurgaon location. Selected candidates will join a collaborative and fast-paced work environment where they will interact with clients and teams across different geographies. The role offers significant exposure to enterprise networking tools and infrastructure.


Selection Process

Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the virtual evaluation process. The process may include:

  1. Online Assessment – to test technical knowledge and aptitude.
  2. Technical Interview – focusing on networking fundamentals and problem-solving.
  3. HR Interview – to evaluate communication skills, work readiness, and cultural fit.


Compensation Details

  • Fixed Salary: ₹4,00,000 per annum.
  • Joining Incentive: ₹25,000 (one-time).
