Job Role – Relationship Manager
As a Relationship Manager (RM) under the Aspire Program, you will represent ICICI Bank and be responsible for building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with new and existing clients to understand their needs.
- Offer tailored financial solutions and products.
- Expand the customer base through effective networking.
- Cross-sell bank offerings like savings accounts, loans, cards, and investments.
- Conduct financial planning sessions and client meetings.
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
Training Structure
- Duration: 2 months of residential classroom training.
- Location: ICICI Bank Learning Centre.
- Modules: Customer service, financial products, sales, digital banking, and compliance.
- Post Training: Placement in a branch for practical application of learning.
Compensation Package
- During Training: Stipend of ₹18,000 per month.
- Post Training CTC: ₹4.5 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA (varies by location).
