The ICICI Bank Aspire Program is designed to nurture young professionals and prepare them for careers in customer relationship management and sales.

Participants will:

Job Role – Relationship Manager

As a Relationship Manager (RM) under the Aspire Program, you will represent ICICI Bank and be responsible for building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with new and existing clients to understand their needs.
  • Offer tailored financial solutions and products.
  • Expand the customer base through effective networking.
  • Cross-sell bank offerings like savings accounts, loans, cards, and investments.
  • Conduct financial planning sessions and client meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.


Training Structure

  • Duration: 2 months of residential classroom training.
  • Location: ICICI Bank Learning Centre.
  • Modules: Customer service, financial products, sales, digital banking, and compliance.
  • Post Training: Placement in a branch for practical application of learning.


Compensation Package

  • During Training: Stipend of ₹18,000 per month.
  • Post Training CTC: ₹4.5 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA (varies by location).

  1. Online Aptitude Test – Covers Verbal Ability, Quantitative Skills, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness, and Video-based questions.
  2. Personal Interview – Focuses on communication, adaptability, and domain knowledge.
