Position Summary
Deloitte is hiring freshers to support Cloud and DevOps teams in daily operations. This role focuses on learning foundational cloud concepts, assisting in basic configuration, monitoring, and understanding enterprise IT best practices under mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setup, configuration, and monitoring of Azure/AWS resources
- Support basic user access requests in cloud portals
- Shadow troubleshooting for VM issues, quota limits, etc.
- Participate in cloud deployments and CI/CD processes
- Maintain documentation (runbooks, FAQs, installation guides)
- Perform daily health checks of cloud services
- Learn DevOps basics (CI/CD pipelines, version control, automation)
- Attend trainings and report issues to senior members
Required Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of cloud computing (Server, Storage, Networking)
- Interest in Azure or AWS platforms
- Knowledge of security policies & auditing basics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written & verbal English communication
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Experience
- 0–1 year (Internships / Projects welcome)
- Freshers highly encouraged to apply
