Available Job Roles

1) Software Support Engineer

  • Develop and test software components based on functional requirements and low-level design documents
  • Write and optimize database queries
  • Perform CRUD operations and implement stored procedures
  • Conduct manual and automated testing
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve service tickets


2) Application Support Engineer

  • Support and maintain enterprise applications
  • Write and test database queries and stored procedures
  • Execute test cases and diagnose application issues
  • Resolve service tickets based on operational procedures
  • Ensure the software meets business requirements and low-level designs
