Position Summary: Learning Support – Analyst
Deloitte is hiring fresh graduates and young professionals for the role of Learning Support Analyst. This position focuses on Learning Content and Catalog Management for Deloitte’s global workforce.
As a Learning Analyst, you will:

Key Responsibilities
As a Learning Support Analyst at Deloitte, you will be responsible for:
Learning Catalog ManagementAdding, updating, deleting, and retiring learning elements
Managing content in the global learning catalog
Ensuring catalog accuracy and alignment with course/content owners
E-Learning Deployment
Deploying online learning contentTroubleshooting preliminary issues
Running test scripts and reporting results
Client Interaction and Support
Responding to queries from Deloitte’s Global Learning MailboxCoordinating with member firms across countries
Providing advisory support for catalog and content issues
Technical Coordination
