mthree is offering an exciting opportunity for 2026 graduates to kickstart their careers in technology through its Graduate Recruitment Program. This program is specifically designed for individuals who are passionate about software development, problem-solving, and working in high-impact industries such as banking, healthcare, aviation, and insurance.

The program begins with 6–12 weeks of in-depth training at the mthree Academy, where candidates will build strong technical foundations. Key Responsibilities
As part of the program, selected candidates (mthree Alumni) will work with leading organizations and contribute to real-time projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software applications.
  • Working on both off-the-shelf and custom-built technology solutions.
  • Supporting critical systems such as algorithmic trading platforms and regulatory reporting tools.
  • Collaborating with global teams across different time zones and domains.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and debugging applications to ensure smooth performance.
  • Writing efficient, clean, and maintainable code following industry standards.
  • Participating in code reviews, testing processes, and system improvements.
