Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Software Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a strong foundation in software development. In this role, you will apply your technical knowledge to real-world projects, contribute to system improvements, and support daily development activities.
The candidate should have a basic understanding of programming concepts, a problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to learn new technologies. You will work in a collaborative team environment where you will gain hands-on experience and exposure to industry-standard development practices.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code following coding standards and best practices.
- Identify, analyze, and fix bugs in existing applications to improve performance and reliability.
- Assist in developing new features and enhancing existing functionalities based on requirements.
- Perform unit testing and support system testing to ensure quality deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for reference and future use.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues as assigned.
- Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Follow organizational processes, coding guidelines, and review checklists for all deliverables.
- Share regular updates with team leads on task progress, challenges, and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective and scalable solutions.
Learning & Development
- Attend training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Continuously upgrade technical skills through self-learning and practice.

- Participate in periodic technical evaluations and skill assessments.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), MCA, or equivalent qualification.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in software development or relevant internships/projects.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar.
- Understanding of databases (SQL) and basic web technologies is an added advantage.
