• Maximum 3 years gap allowed before graduation
• No gap allowed during graduation
• Graduation must be completed within 3 years

As a Scholar Trainee under the WILP program, candidates will work on real-time projects and technology-based assignments while pursuing higher education.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting project and business operations
• Learning industry technologies and tools
• Working with teams on technical assignments
• Participating in training and development programs
• Delivering tasks within project timelines
• Maintaining quality and productivity standards
• Building communication and analytical skills in a corporate environment

Round 1 – Online Assessment (80 Minutes)

• Verbal Ability – 20 Questions
• Analytical Ability – 20 Questions
• Quantitative Ability – 20 Questions
• Written Communication Test

Round 2 – Voice Assessment

• English Communication Evaluation
• Duration – 20 Minutes

Round 3 – Business Discussion

• Final discussion round with the hiring/business team
