The Global Service Desk team acts as the first point of contact for customers and end users seeking technical assistance and IT support. As a Graduate Trainee, you will be responsible for handling user queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build strong foundations in IT support, infrastructure services, customer handling, incident management, and enterprise technology operations.
