As a Services Support Associate I, you will be responsible for providing learning administration support to Deloitte's UK HR Services team. The role focuses on managing learning programs, training administration, maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), preparing reports, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring timely completion of administrative activities.

This position is ideal for graduates who enjoy administrative operations, customer service, HR support, and learning management while working with global teams.

• Manage training classes in Deloitte Learning Management System (LMS)

• Process scheduled reports and maintain learning records

• Generate and share delegate lists

• Distribute training materials and pre-course documents

• Process course completion activities and feedback

• Ensure accurate and timely system updates

• Maintain compliance with data protection policies

• Work within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

• Support learning administration processes

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

• Deliver excellent customer service to internal users
