As a Central Operations Support Executive, you will remotely manage and support Amazon sellers by monitoring daily operational activities, coordinating with field executives, analyzing operational metrics, and ensuring smooth execution of fulfillment processes.

You will work closely with multiple internal teams and external sellers to resolve operational issues, improve seller experience, implement new processes, and ensure operational excellence across assigned locations.

This role involves both voice and non-voice operations, making it suitable for candidates who possess strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail.

• Track daily performance metrics and identify process deviations.

• Train sellers on Amazon operational processes and compliance requirements.

• Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders for smooth execution of operations.

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.

• Ensure timely execution of operational tasks while maintaining high service quality.

• Take complete ownership of assigned operational activities and customer experience.
