This is a full-time Work From Office opportunity based in Hyderabad. Your daily responsibilities will include performing manual audits according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), identifying exceptions, resolving operational issues using internal tools, and maintaining high-quality standards across assigned workflows.
You will investigate images, videos, customer calls, emails, and operational data to recommend appropriate actions while following established business guidelines. The role also requires identifying recurring quality patterns, contributing to process improvements, maintaining workflow records, and supporting continuous operational excellence.
Candidates will regularly communicate with multiple internal teams, escalate production issues whenever necessary, respond to stakeholder requests within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and contribute toward achieving business productivity and quality metrics.
Working in this position also provides valuable exposure to Amazon's global operations, enabling employees to understand business processes across different geographical regions while developing strong operational and analytical skills.
Work Schedule
This position operates in a 24×7 rotational shift environment. Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts based on business requirements.
Employees will work five days per week with two consecutive rotational weekly off days, which may vary depending on operational needs.
Since this is a Work From Office role, selected candidates will be required to work from Amazon's Hyderabad office.
Technical Skills Required
