Eligibility Criteria

- BE / B. Tech (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication)

Shift Timings
Initial Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST
Post Training Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (Rotational Weekoffs)
As an Azure fresher, you must be flexible to work in a 24/7 support environment, including night shifts and rotational weekends.
Roles & Responsibilities
As part of the Cloud Services team, you will:
- Monitor servers and networks to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Provide troubleshooting support for server and network issues.
- Acknowledge and manage IT service tickets in the support queue.
- Work on basic application support and troubleshooting tasks.
- Ensure IT system uptime and security by following best practices.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex issues.
- Adapt to new challenges and work independently in a dynamic environment.
This role involves IT support (non-voice process), making it ideal for candidates looking to build a career in Azure and Cloud Computing.
Technical Skills Required
A strong basic understanding of IT infrastructure is essential. You should be familiar with:
- Microsoft Azure (Cloud services)
- MS Exchange & Office 365
- Active Directory & Windows Server
- Networking Concepts (IP Address, DHCP, DNS)
- Server Management (CPU, Memory, Storage)
- IT Security & System Administration
Prior experience in infrastructure monitoring is a plus but not mandatory.
Preferred Certifications
While certifications are not mandatory, having any of the following will give you an advantage:
Azure Certifications:
- AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals)
- AZ-104 (Azure Administrator)
- AZ-400 (Azure DevOps)
- AZ-500 (Azure Security)
Microsoft 365 Certifications: - MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals)
- MS-500 (Microsoft 365 Security)
Any Cloud or Windows Server Administration certification
