Job Description

As an Associate Analyst - Virtual Admin Support, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to senior executives, including Partners, Directors, and Managers. Your role will include document management, meeting coordination, data entry, and communication handling, ensuring smooth business operations.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

   Document Management & Communication

  • Prepare and edit business communication materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company guidelines.
  • Input and update data in internal databases, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Coordinate with different departments to collect, compile, and organize information.

    Administrative & Virtual Support

  • Provide project-based assistance and support team leaders in meeting deadlines.
  • Organize, coordinate, and prepare internal and external virtual meetings & events.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails, correspondence, and agenda management.
  • Arrange travel bookings, timesheets, and expense reports as needed.

   Client & Stakeholder Support

  • Address queries and provide support to internal teams and external clients.
  • Ensure effective communication with various stakeholders across departments.
  • Work independently while collaborating with global teams in a virtual setting.

 Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Freshers & experienced candidates can apply).

Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
