Role Description
Selected candidates will join as Trainees in the Customer Service team. The primary responsibility will be to manage customer interactions through calls, emails, or chat support. This entry-level role is a launchpad for building communication, customer management, and service delivery skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and service requests through various channels
- Respond to customer concerns following company guidelines and policies

Academic Qualification:

- Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)
Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.)
Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. - General or IT)
Bachelor of Computer Applications (B.C.A.)
B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT
Diploma (3-Year or 2-Year recognized programs)
Note: Postgraduates, including MCA, MA, M.Sc., etc., are eligible for this drive.
Academic Requirements
- No current active backlogs or arrears allowed
- Candidates must be able to submit proof of zero backlogs till 5th or 6th semester
- Final semester marksheet (if awaited) should be available before joining
- Students with history of AT/KTs must have cleared them before the joining date
