Position Summary
As a Learning Reporting Analyst within GTO, you will help translate raw learning and talent data into clear, actionable reports that drive strategic decisions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Deloitte’s global network to understand business requirements, validate and process data, and deliver high‑quality analytics under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Data Processing & Validation
– Ingest, cleanse, and format large datasets from global learning platforms and HR systems
– Validate data accuracy and resolve discrepancies before reporting
Reporting & Analysis
– Develop standardized and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
– Perform trend analysis, benchmarking, and projection modeling to identify learning gaps and opportunities
Stakeholder Engagement
– Liaise with global talent leads and business partners to gather requirements and clarify reporting needs
– Present findings and recommendations in clear, concise formats suitable for both technical and non‑technical audiences
Quality Assurance
– Conduct first‑pass reviews of reports to catch errors and ensure consistency with client specifications
– Maintain documentation of reporting processes, data definitions, and version controls
Process Improvement
– Identify automation opportunities (macros, VBA, Python scripts) to streamline repetitive tasks
– Propose enhancements to data collection, validation, and reporting workflows
Collaboration & Support
– Work alongside cross‑functional teams in India and internationally to support GTO initiatives
– Participate in continuous improvement and re‑engineering projects to enhance report quality and delivery speed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field
- 0–2 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros/VBA)
- Hands‑on experience with at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView)
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to data accuracy and detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex data insights to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines
- Logical problem‑solving skills, with an appetite for continuous learning and process improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with survey tools (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) for data collection and analysis
- Familiarity with SQL or Python for data extraction and automation
- Understanding of project management fundamentals and agile methodologies
- Prior internship or project experience in HR analytics, talent management, or learning and development
- Master’s degree or certification in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field
