ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

JOB ROLE: RELATIONSHIP MANAGER As a Relationship Manager (RM) under the Aspire Program, you will be the face of ICICI Bank, representing the bank’s mission to offer customized financial solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Offering financial solutions that align with client needs.
- Expanding the bank’s customer base through effective networking and client engagement.
- Cross-selling bank products like savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and investment options.
- Conducting client meetings and financial planning sessions.
- Ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
TRAINING STRUCTURE
- Two months of structured residential classroom training at ICICI Bank’s Learning Centre.
- Training modules cover customer service, financial products, digital banking, regulatory compliance, and sales skills.
- Post-training placement in an ICICI Bank branch for real-world application of learned concepts.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
- During Training: Stipend of ₹18,000 per month.
- Post-Training CTC: ₹4.5 LPA to ₹5.0 LPA (depending on location).
