CSG is Capgemini's front-line technical support team, part of its Cloud and Infrastructure Services (CIS) division. It serves global clients using a combination of traditional and digital support channels like email, voice, chat, Self-Service Portals (SSP), and AI-powered BOTs. The focus is on delivering proactive, predictive, and user-centric IT solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and technical troubleshooting via voice and digital channels.
  2. Resolve IT infrastructure incidents and manage service requests effectively.
  3. Log and track tickets using appropriate classification and prioritization.
  4. Provide first-level resolution with minimal escalation.
  5. Ensure timely communication and status updates to users.
  6. Handle queries using AI-based tools such as Capgemini's CHIP BOT.
  7. Retrieve and resolve customer issues via service emails.
  8. Maintain knowledge bases and update solutions as needed.
  9. Work across different client industries – Telecom, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology.
  10. Engage in continuous improvement of support practices.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduates from any 3-year degree or diploma programs.
  • Batch: 2024 or 2025 pass-outs only.
  • No active backlogs at the time of assessment or joining.
  • Must have an active DigiLocker account and Aadhar-linked mobile number.
  • Candidates must be Indian Citizens.
