Role: Associate Software Engineer

Position Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: Fresher (2025 Pass-Outs Only)
Location: Multiple office locations across India (Hybrid/Onsite roles available)

What We’re Looking For

We’re on the lookout for highly motivated freshers who:

Are 2025 graduates from Computer Science or Information Technology streams
Have a strong foundation in Java, C++, or Python
Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Have strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Are self-driven, curious, and eager to learn
Are available to join immediately or upon graduation

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: BE/B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, M.Sc in CS or IT
Batch: 2025 pass-outs only,2024 give it a try
Streams: Computer Science, Information Technology (strictly)
Minimum Academic Score:

10th: 70% and above

12th: 70% and above

Graduation/Post-Graduation: 70% and above

Backlogs: No active backlogs at the time of interview

Key Skills Required

To succeed in this role, you should be proficient in:

Programming Languages:
Java (preferred)
Python
C++

Concepts:

OOPs
Data Structures and Algorithms
Database Management
Operating Systems
Computer Networks
Optional but advantageous:
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Exposure to DevOps, version control (Git), or big data tools

Training & Onboarding

Selected candidates will go through:

Structured onboarding program
Technical bootcamps in Java, Data Engineering, Cloud, and more
Live projects under the guidance of senior mentors
Continuous performance feedback and assessments
Soft skill development workshops
