Position: Technical Support Engineer
We are currently hiring Technical Support Engineers to join our global support team.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers who need assistance with Zoho’s suite of software solutions.
You will work with international clients, offering technical expertise, guidance, and hands-on support to help them succeed with our products.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Technical Assistance
- Provide expert-level assistance to customers regarding Zoho products.
- Troubleshoot technical issues through detailed analysis and problem-solving.
- Escalate complex issues to product engineering teams when necessary.
Pre-requisites
To apply for this role, you should have:
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English skills.
- Learning Mindset: Willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Relocation Readiness: Openness to relocate if required.
- Night Shift Availability: Willingness to work in night shifts to support global customers.
Preferred Skills
While not mandatory, having these skills will be an advantage:
- Familiarity with SaaS products and cloud-based services.

- Knowledge of Zoho products or similar enterprise software solutions.
- Prior experience with international customers.
