Job Description
The Wipro Elite Off Campus 2024 Hiring initiative aims to attract top engineering talent across India. This opportunity is designed for fresh graduates looking to start their careers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Selected candidates will work as Project Engineers and be a part of Wipro's cutting-edge technology projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements.
- Implement technical solutions that align with project objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding and software development.
- Participate in team meetings and technical discussions.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
- 10th Standard: 60% or above
- 12th Standard: 60% or above
- Graduation: 60% or CGPA equivalent to 6.0 or above (as per university guidelines)
- Open school or distance education is allowed for 10th & 12th only
Other Criteria:
- One backlog is allowed at the time of the Online Assessment.
- Candidates must clear all backlogs before the 8th semester.
- A maximum of 3 years of education gap is allowed (between 10th and the start of graduation).
- No gaps are allowed during the graduation period (Graduation must be completed within 4 years).
- The degree must be obtained from a full-time course recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
- Candidates must have completed a 3-month cool-off period before appearing for the test.
- Applicants must be Indian citizens or possess a PIO/OCI card if holding a foreign passport.
- Bhutan and Nepal nationals must provide a citizenship certificate.
- Candidates should be 18+ years at the time of registration.
Year of Passing:
- 2025 graduates only
Eligible Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech. (Mandatory Degree)
- M.E./M.Tech. (5-Year Integrated Courses Allowed)
Eligible Branches:
- Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), and Circuital branches
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual CTC: INR 3.50 LPA
- Flat Bonus after 6 months from joining: INR 25,000 (merged with compensation after 12 months)
- Regular yearly increments
- Additional Bonuses at 18, 24, and 36 months from the date of joining
Selection Process
Every eligible candidate must go through an online assessment, followed by further evaluation rounds:
1st Round – Online Assessment (128 minutes)
- Aptitude Test (Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability, English) – 48 mins
- Written Communication Test (Essay Writing) – 20 mins
- Online Programming Test (2 coding questions in Java, C, C++, or Python) – 60 mins
2nd Round – Voice Assessment
- Evaluates spoken English communication skills.
3rd Round – Business Discussion
- Final round with Wipro’s hiring team.
Service Agreement
- 12-month service agreement post joining.
- Bond amount: INR 75,000 (pro-rata basis).
Terms & Conditions
- Wipro reserves the right to allow or restrict participation in the recruitment process.
- Selection procedure is at Wipro’s sole discretion.
- Any malpractice during assessments will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Selected candidates must clear pre-skilling training before receiving the final offer.
- Results will be communicated via email or other registered contact methods.
