🎯 Designation & Eligibility Overview
The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) role is HCLTech's entry-level position for fresh engineering and science graduates, designed to train and integrate you into key technology streams.

🔒 Service Agreement and Important Policies
One of the most critical points to note before accepting the offer is the Service Agreement, which reflects the company's investment in your training and development.
Service Agreement: You will be under a Service Agreement for 12 Months (1 year) from the date of joining.
Liable Penalty: In case you leave the organization before completing the 12 months, you are liable to pay ₹50,000 (Fifty Thousand Rupees) to the organization. This covers the cost of the initial training and resource allocation.Mandatory Email ID: It is crucial to use the same email ID with which you originally registered with HCLTech. This ensures seamless tracking of your candidature and prevents disqualification due to mismatched records.
- Preparation Phase Details (Commonly Observed)
Selected candidates often undergo a structured preparatory phase:
- Virtual Training: A two-month period of unpaid virtual training to build foundational skills.
- Paid Internship: A three-month in-person paid internship at an HCLTech office, often with a stipend (e.g., ₹15,000 per month) before transitioning to full-time employment as a GET.
