The Last Mile Analytics & Quality Team is looking for Quality Associates who will act as the first line of support for address resolution, geocode correction, route management, map edits, driver support, and transportation-related operational activities.
Selected candidates will work on high-impact business operations that directly influence customer delivery experience. The role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, quick learning ability, and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Candidates will also get exposure to global transportation processes, operational excellence, quality auditing, and business optimization initiatives.

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦
• Perform manual audits by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Resolve operational exceptions and outliers using internal tools
• Investigate images and videos and recommend appropriate actions
• Listen to customer calls and perform transcription activities when required
• Analyze operational data and identify recurring patterns
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Respond to stakeholders within defined SLA timelines
• Escalate issues to relevant teams and stakeholders
• Maintain workflow trackers and operational records
• Meet productivity, quality, utilization, and SLA targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business units
• Support multiple operational programs based on business requirements
• Develop understanding of global geographies and transportation operations

Educational Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university
Communication Skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Language Requirement
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
