Job Role Overview
As a Software Engineer (Development / Testing), you will work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, maintain and support enterprise software applications.
You will collaborate with product owners and stakeholders, understand requirements, and contribute to project delivery while ensuring quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications
- Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
- Support application implementation and maintenance
- Work on development, testing, or support based on project assignment
Project & Team Responsibilities
- Coordinate with product owners and stakeholders
- Track project activities and provide status reports
- Share knowledge with team members and SMEs
- Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and documentation
Process & Quality
- Identify automation and improvement opportunities
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
- Follow standard SDLC and company processes
- Provide feedback to improve performance and efficiency
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- BE / BTech (CSE / IT)
- BSc Computers
- BCA / MCA
- Any Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT / Computing
- Preferred Domain
Experience
Relevant experience in software development / testing / support roles
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Time management and multitasking ability
