About the Role
Sprinto is looking for a Recruitment Intern to join its People and Culture team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR processes, providing exposure to real-world hiring strategies and best practices. As a Recruitment Intern, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent for Sprinto’s growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in employer branding efforts, including job postings and outreach campaigns.
- Support the HR team with onboarding activities and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs.
- Research and implement best practices in talent acquisition.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Prior experience or coursework in HR/recruitment is a plus.
